Schawnte’ Williams-Taylor and Angela Hawkins Featured on Dr. Cofield’s Radio Program

Pastor, author and radio personality, Dr. D.Z. Cofield, produces and hosts “Real World, Real Talk,” a weekly news and public affairs radio show featured on Houston’s KTSU Radio 90.9 FM​​​​​​​. Dr. Cofield brings his listeners a discussion of current events and provides inspiration and insight from the Bible and inspirational literature through his preaching and teaching ministry, Word of Hope Ministries.

Recently he was joined by LifeGift’s Schawnte’ Williams-Taylor, senior director of family care, to shed light on LifeGift’s organ and tissue donation programs and the importance of April’s Donate Life Month to raise awareness in the community. Williams-Taylor also talks about some of the more popular myths and misconceptions regarding organ donation. In addition, Ambassadors of Hope volunteer, Angela Hawkins, shares her personal experience with living donation and her love of volunteering and educating her community about the important message of donation and transplantation.
