LifeGift’s leaders participated in panel discussions, educational presentations and collaborative workshops, highlighting the latest advancements and the critical role of organ procurement organizations in connecting donors with recipients. A poster presentation submitted by LifeGift’s Woodlhey Ambroise, titled “Improved Accuracy of Pathology Results Helps Kidney Utilization: Comparison of Complex Kidney Biopsy Pathology Results,” was selected as a 2024 TTS Trinkle-Banowsky Award winner.

LifeGift’s Kevin Myer, MSHA, president and CEO; Yolanda Becker, MD, vice president and chief medical officer; Schawnte’ Williams-Taylor, RN, BSN, MBA, MS, CPTC, vice president of family engagement and donation services and Woodlhey Ambroise, MSHA, MBA, RRT, RCP, CPTC, director of organ operations and surgical recovery, presented at the conference.
